Day 2.

After Peep introductions, songs, and much deliberation,  a 43,650 sq ft area of field and blackberry bushes was painstakingly established as this year’s Village.

After a whistle-lead land-rush, campers staked, claimed, and manicured their very own mini acres (1:24) on the new frontier. Primitive shelters were constructed for personal peeps.

Campers and commissioners drew Peep profiles, constructed mini-acre fences, and learned about federal job openings followed by a game of bat and moth and corvée.
